An experienced and well established Hungarian precision investment foundry (lost wax process) is looking for companies on the international market which have investment casting demands, to be their subcontractor or manufacturer.
Description
The Hungarian company has been producing precision castings for 40 years, and the vast majority of those are exported to the international markets. Since 2008 the company has a machining shop with more than 25 CNC lathes and milling centres, NC key seating and conventional machine tools. The quality is provided by a highly skilled technical team and a well organised quality assurance system. The high-alloy and stainless steel parts, produced by the company, have various applications – in pumps and valves, industrial separation, petrochemical and vehicle production, instrumentation, food processing, filtration and packaging equipment, big engine production, process and general engineering, security systems etc. In addition, the company has facilities for rapid prototyping production, as well. Two industrial 3 D SLS printers ensure the respective capacity.The company is so called „client” foundry, which means that the parts they are producing (by casting plus machining) are produced according to the drawings or 3 D models of their clients. Investment casting gives a big design and material possibilities, combined with the experience and expertise of the company, there emerge many possibilities for application of the products. Machine and equipment producers from the mentioned industrial branches are expected to place quotations, accompanied by respective drawings and 3 D models of the parts they would like to subcontract. The company’s role would be to produce the parts according to the received drawings and models, using its technology of lost wax casting, if necessary applying mechanical machining, surface treatments or further additional services. The possibility of 3 D model printing and the application of the models in the production of the company enable also rapid prototyping of prototypes and production of single parts.
