The engineering start-up was founded in 2021. They develop, produce and distribute devices that disinfect surfaces such as escalator handrails. At the same time the start-up is active in the field of eavesdropping protection systems. The start-up has developed an innovative device to disinfect handrails of escalators and moving walks in shopping malls, train stations, airports, hospitals and other big buildings. The disinfection system provides two functions in one compact unit. It disinfects handrails fast and reliably against bacteria, germs and viruses and secures a smooth transport of persons without the risk of infection. An additional asset is its integrated screen that is very well positioned and hardly can be overlooked by people who are approaching an escalator and taking their first step on it. This screen offers a new way to place advertisements. Its display is remote controlled via a signage system. Touched by every passenger, escalator handrails are high risk surfaces for bacteria and virus transmission. As the world recovers from the recent COVID-crisis, it is essential to minimize disease transmission risks while providing cleaner and safer handrails. Manual disinfection is possible, but to be truly effective in disease transmission a continuous solution is vital. With a special UV-C irradiation this innovative disinfection system kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. The system in form of a box can easily be installed in the exterior of any new or existing escalator handrail. Once installed it runs automatically for more than 400 days offering physical disinfection with no harmful chemicals or heavy metal residue. The start-up wishes to expand its sales channels and distribution network and is therefore looking for appropriate agents and distributors for the product. A commercial agreement is offered.
