- Outbreak detection: early-warning system that allows to flag outbreaks before tests are carried out.
- A complete laboratory management system for all types of labs and lab specialties (e.g., clinical pathology, anatomic pathology, genetics, non-clinical labs).
- Blood Bank, donors and transfusions: control of the entire blood workflow, from donation to transfusion,
- Cost: the product is prepared to work on open-source ecosystems, so no extra license costs are required besides the software itself.
- Automation: AI Engine completely configurable by the end user – for instance, in many labs, the product is able to process automatically 80%+ of the daily workload (from sample collection to the delivery of result) without any human intervention; in epidemiological surveillance the software able to flag outbreaks and infection cases using a fully automatic workflow.
- Interoperability: the product supports the main standards (e.g. HL7_Health Level 7, LOINC_Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes, SNOMED-CT_Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine - Clinical Terms) and already has live integrations with thousands of medical devices and healthcare software systems.

They think that, instead of developing a new version of the old software, it is more profitable to sell, implement and give support to its software.  Companies developing / implementing software for healthcare, but not specifically in the areas covered by the company´s software. They think that engaging as their partner is a safe way to develop a new business, with assured return.  The company also seeks partners / end customers with an IT department, that want to reduce maintenance costs and / or need to modernize current software.
