The French company based in the southwest France has been perpetuating the French charcuterie tradition of pâtés and rillettes since its creation in 1950 and derives its quality to its handcrafted roots. In 1980, this family company created a production plant specialised in the manufacturing of pâtés in glass jars.

- The 180g glass jars, a classic format, easy to remove from the jar and to slice. The optimal use by date: 5 years (3 years for the Label Rouge range) Glass jars dimensions (cm) : H 7,0 – W 8,5

- The 280g glass jars, the family-sized format. The optimal use by date: 5 years (3 years for the Label Rouge range) Glass jars dimensions (cm) : H 10,0 – W 10,0

- The 90g glass jars, picnic and aperitif. The optimal use by date: 5 years. Glass jars dimensions (cm) : H 6,5 – W6,5.

The terrines, mousses, rillettes and black pudding in glass jars are made with recipes containing either pork, duck, rabbit, turkey, goose, poultry liver, pheasant, hare, venison or wild boar.

Due to qualified staff that is able to adapt to new technology, the company manufactures genuine and high-quality products by following the traditional French recipes and by a strictly controlled selection of raw materials. The main ingredient of the “coarse texture” pâtés is the pork jowl. The products do not have any coadjuvants or chemical products or any artificial colouring. They are also gluten free.

The company has very modern industrial facilities which enable a daily production of 40 000 medium and small glass jars and 7000 big glass jars. It has a certified quality control according to the international standards: IFS (International Food Standard) and ISO 22000.

Thanks to the high quality and reliability of products, the company has already dealt distribution services agreements in many European countries, but also in remote countries in Asia, South America and South Africa.
