The terrines, mousses, rillettes and black pudding in glass jars are made with recipes containing either pork, duck, rabbit, turkey, goose, poultry liver, pheasant, hare, venison or wild boar.
Due to qualified staff that is able to adapt to new technology, the company manufactures genuine and high-quality products by following the traditional French recipes and by a strictly controlled selection of raw materials. The main ingredient of the “coarse texture” pâtés is the pork jowl. The products do not have any coadjuvants or chemical products or any artificial colouring. They are also gluten free.
The company has very modern industrial facilities which enable a daily production of 40 000 medium and small glass jars and 7000 big glass jars. It has a certified quality control according to the international standards: IFS (International Food Standard) and ISO 22000.
