Thus the distributors should know and be involved in the local/regional distribution bakery market that they are working on (super / hypermarkets, HoReCa sector). They must also ensure that the products are stored and transported in appropriate conditions until they reach the final consumer. A long term based distribution services agreement would be preferable.
