The company from Bosnia and Herzegovina active in wood processing is looking for distribution or manufacturing with the financial agreement. Although the company has been active in Bosnia and Herzegovina market for 20 years, for the last two years they specialize in the production of wooden legs for furniture (beds, sofas, and tables) and are looking to expand sales of those products to the European market. The company primarily produces wooden legs, made from beech, oak, pine and fir in two main formats - round and square, with over 20 different varieties, but they also have some varieties which combine wood and metal.
The distribution service agreement is aimed at finding new buyers from the European market for wooden legs that they already produce. At the moment they already have one buyer from the Netherlands that buys small quantities of legs from them and is looking for other similar arrangements with other companies from Europe.
The company is fully equipped for rough cutting and drying of wood, and furniture legs production, and access to wood, but is lacking machines for final wood processing (such as contact grinding and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines). However, as the company is interested in producing other wooden products such as chairs, beds, tables and toys, it is also open for manufacturing agreement where the partners would be willing to assist in acquirement of equipment, by either advance payment to purchase the equipment, providing the equipment directly or leasing it to the company, so that they can earn it over time. The acquirement of the equipment could be the subject of a separate financial agreement with the partner or a part of the manufacturing agreement.
