The Italian company wishes to expand into new markets in the EU, USA, China, Australia and Japan via distributors or commercial agents, with strong networks to supermarkets, restaurants and alcohol sales' outlets.
The company, based in Tuscany, produces wine and oil in a 300 hectares estate (30 hectares grapes cultivation) that has carried out this activity for many centuries. The current owner manages this estate since 1973 and has specialized in high quality productions, occupying the high end of the market.
The company is based in Tuscany, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area and operates within the Chianti Classico Consortium, which deals with the certification and promotion of the wine products of its registered companies.
The company operates in various markets since several years exporting the half of the total turnover.
Coming specifically on the wine production, the overall yearly production is of 400,000 bottles and has developed two different product lines, differentiating them on the basis of quality and quantity, beeing therefore able to operate on two different market segments.
In the high range of the wine production the company produces around 28.000 bottles, still of Chianti Classico and top quality wine, mainly destined to the Ho.Re.Ca. market
In the traditional mid-range line the company produces about 120,000 bottles of Chianti Classico and about 30,000 Riserva Chianti Classico, obviously depending from the harvest.
The wine production is completed by 4 IGT wines (Protected Geographical Indication), also these in a high market range.
With regard to Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the company produces in total just 5.600 litres per year, fully certified by the DOP Oil Consortium. The company produces two different qualities of EVO: the basic level which is sold in bottles of 0.75 and cans of 5 L and the top level in bottles of 0.25 and 0.5 L.
The company also produces a small quantity of Vinsanto (wine produced from grapes left to dry after the harvest, such as Passito wine, often paired with dessert) and Grappa.

The Italian company has always used traditional production methods, with great attention to respect for the environment and maximum care for the premium product lines: green harvest, manual harvesting for the selected primum line grapes, grape selection, single vineyards for the primum line, processing in the cellar and diversified aging according to the product in barrels.
