A German SME, founded in 2002, offers the technical support of IT systems for foreign producers or system integrators of IT hard and software systems as outsourcing partners. The company has a long experience in the technical support of automatic check-in and boarding systems of airports, the technical support of ticket vending machines of public transport systems, access control systems and turnstiles of production sites and embassies and other sites with restricted access as well as field services for other IT systems as routers, servers and switches. The SME offers a complete range of service throughout the lifetime of IT systems starting from the installation with project planning, roll out and inventory of the systems, the operation with helpdesk, technical support and on-site maintenance and also the de-installation of systems. Failures are either fixed on site or via remote systems. The SME has several subsidiaries with about 30 technicians. Hereby fast recovery times are guaranteed 365 days per year. The internal IT of the SME acts as interface between the client's ticket system and the individual technician's smart phone to guarantee a fast information flow and to provide the necessary documentation. Due to an established partner network, additional staff for the installation of systems can be provided. So far the German SME supports more than 2000 workstations and kiosks on four German airports, more than 500 ticket vending machines and 500 ticket validators in public transport systems as well as the access system of companies, embassies and other areas with restricted access. The German SME is looking for partners who offer similar services with the aim to offer technical support for above mentioned systems in Europe. The partners should offer the service in their respective country as joint venture partner of the German company in contracts with manufacturers, system integrators or operators of the IT systems or as subcontractor of the German SME.
