An italian family winery located in Langhe hills, inside the Barolo winegrowing district in North-West of Italy, produces outstanding red wines made only of local grapes cultivated in the company estate according to sustainable farming principles.
The work in the cellar is made following an innovative process: no sulfite used during fermentation; long maceration time; wood ripening in presence of natural fine lees; vegetal fining agent; bottling without filtering.
All wines respect quality label defined under Italian wine law, that certifies the origin and high-quality wines. DOCG stands for Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin and is the highest designation of quality among Italian wines.
Core wines for the company are:
- Barolo DOCG, made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Harvest carried out strictly by hand. Only the best grapes are selected. 36 months of aging in barrel. A refining in the bottle of 24 months to arrive to more complex parfums and round flavor.
- Langhe DOC Nebbiolo, made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Harvest carried out strictly by hand. Only the best grapes are selected. 6 months aging in barrique and 6 months refining in inox tank. Bottled without filtering.
In order to expand in new markets, the company is looking for distributors specialized in fine and premium products for horeca. and wine shops in Germany, Belgium and USA.
