The main offered services include: - sheet metal laser cutting - the CNC (Computer Numeric Control) laser cutting machines allow to cut materials up to 30mm; - metal parts bending by using electrical and hydraulic CNC (Computer Numeric Control) bending presses; - plasma cutting - for cutting thick metal parts (to the thickness of 150mm); Additional services upon request. Welding, threads (in house). Surface treatment, machining outsourced. Key moments for co-operation: • The metal processed reaches 35 tons per day; • Production space over 8000 square meters; • Laser cutting tables size up to 2600*8150 mm. • Press brakes for bending up to 8000 mm with 1000 T bending force to all length; • Working with different types of materials - mild steel, black steel, stainless steel, aluminium, etc.; • ISO 9001; ISO 1090 (for cutting); ISO 50001; ISO 14001, AQAP 2021. Special Permit (Licence) for Commercial Activities with the Goods Referred to in the Common Military List of the EU; • Individual work with each customer without regard to the volumes ordered. The minimum order can be even 1 piece; • The work process - 24/7.
