The Italian company was born in 1946, as a milk collection center, developed in 1960 with the production of traditional cheeses from Piedmont, and kept growing until 1995, when the new dairy opened and the production of Tomini to cook began. From 2005 on, with new machinery and increased productive area, added to strict production rules, the company kept improving to what it is today. The company had great success in Italy, with many of the most important retailers and a great number of wholesalers around the country. The dairy, with a team of over 70 people, split between production, packaging and delivery office, processes around 40.000 kg of milk daily, freshly collected every day from the nearest farms, with an average production of 400.000 Tomini every week. Tomini are available in various sizes, combined with different ingredients, in order to fit with different types of markets. Fresh Tomini, au naturel or seasoned with herbs, are ideal for the preparation of many possible starters, while Tomini to cook, natural or wrapped in a slice of different kinds of cured meat, make a perfect main course. Many other white rind cheeses and creamy specialties, typical of Northern Italy, are ideal to end a satisfying meal, because of their intense aroma. The company is looking for cooperation through distribution or commercial agency agreements with European and worldwide retailers, wholesalers, cheese importers of every kind in order to reach new markets.
