Description

The German company was founded by a team of international IT professionals with more than 20 years of experience. Since then various products have been developed according technological, societal and legal advancement. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the biggest revision in European IT law in over 20 years and requires tighter data protection measures, also for non-EU companies doing business in or with EU member states. The company offers servers, virtual infrastructure and SaaS tools to make the transition to compliance easier for SME. Apart from the GDPR, these IT services help improve process and resource management for companies. These IT services, which are specifically written as recommendations in the GDPR, include managed hosting in Germany, access monitoring, encryption, anonymisation, pseudonymisation as well as documentation. Multilingual (English, German, Japanese) Data Protection Officers (DPO) are available for complementary consultation. The ‎reason for joint venture agreements requested is in order to achieve a better market fit ‎and faster market entry. Concerning license agreements, the company is now in ‎discussion with other partners about “white labelling” their product. Since the company doesn't have ‎an office in Japan yet and since they know how important the direct contact and ‎customer support is especially in Japan, they would be happy to find a representative there.
