Established in 2019, the Danish company has covered a lot of ground in terms of developing and testing their unique product which can serve construction entrepreneurs all around the world. The product is particularly aimed at markets in countries using concrete elements for apartment or office buildings.
The company's patent pending product is a drainage collector that enables passive collection of the water that forms in the concrete elements during the construction phase of a building.
The product was launched in response to the construction industry and estate market's demands in Denmark and improves efficiency of the resources used in terms of collecting drained water from concrete constructions. The solution enables real-estate companies to present the buildings to potential buyers in a proper manner without the disturbance of the overall aspect of the building and its design.
The product has an aesthetically inviting design and is an very practical drainage collector that is easily mounted in the ceiling and resembles a white lamp. By using this product all parties involved in the construction, administration and selling of a new building are spared inconvenience and heavy administrative processes associated with draining water completely out of the ceilings.
The product is made of 2 main elements:
- a moulded white (colour code - RAL 9010) recycled plastic enclosure that fits perfectly into the ceilings of all new buildings.
- an electronic water sensor that constantly monitors water levels in the enclosure. The electronic part is comprised of a sensor, an LED light, a mini speaker, and a cradle for batteries.
It functions when the sensor detects a rise in the water level, emitting a beeping alarm through its built-in speaker and a red LED will start flashing, showing that it is time to empty the enclosure. This is done by opening a flap at the bottom of the enclosure that will allow the water to be drained in a separate container. Afterwards, the LED will change color from red to green and the unit will stop beeping.
The Danish company is looking for a long-term partner under a distribution service or a commercial agency agreement willing to invest time and resources into promoting this unique product and help with providing access to local markets.
