This company is located in the south of Italy an it is specialized in the production of dry, fresh and frozen bakery products. The production is varied and it includes above all taralli, that are made with wine and extra virgin olive oil, they are boiled at 100 degrees and then baked in the ove. Taralli are made in various flavors, such as wholemeal, with multigrain flour, with turmeric, with seeds and with chili.
Others flagship products are the focaccia and frisella, both small and large which are left to rise for ten hours before being baked in the oven. The company produces also pasta, both dry and fresh in different shapes.
It produces also Tempting and mouth-watering savory snacks, with various shapes and flavors, ideal with cheese, pickles or cold cuts, and to make every meal even more special or to indulge in a break charaterised by good quality and taste.
