The Romanian company was founded in 2006 as a family business, with the localisation in the North-East of Romania (about 300 km north to Bucharest). The initial profile of the company was related to consulting & management activities, but since a couple of years the owner decided to explore other business opportunities. Nowadays, it is acting as unique representative of several manufacturing companies from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Korea, India, on sanitary ceramic articles and solar panels. As a result, the company's revenues increased, its dynamic expansion being due to the integrated corporate management and other logistical developments that have been implemented in recent years, including inventory management, as well as suitable competitive market policies. The project’s management - the other main activity of the company – became part of company’s activity portfolio, mainly consisting of the sale of bath/bathroom equipment, articles and laminate flooring and solar products. The company would like to expand its representation activities and establish more projects in Romania. The company is willing to be a commercial agent of high quality wooden flooring, bathroom and sanitary ware manufacturers mainly from the Baltic countries, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal and Italy.
