The largest division of the Czech company is an engineering and R&D department ready to meet any challenge from customers who are looking for the latest machinery and technology. The team is built from highly experienced workers that are active in the field of textile engineering over 40 years.
Most of the manufacturing is outsourced. Final assembly, testing and quality control is done at the premises under direct control of the company. The standard control is provided by FAT (Factory Acceptance test) testing.
The company is able to meet also challenges from customers who are looking for the latest machinery and technology for solutions not only technical yarn and fabric processing (inline/online choppers, finishing machines and lines: dryers, creels, printing lines, winding, unwinding unit, coating lines, chemical treating lines, slitters, formatting lines, laminating lines, assembled roving lines) but also in special machines and lines for automotive industry (headliners production lines, slot nozzle hot melt coating lines, electric presses (up to 200kN), working stations and so on.
It is looking for partners for business cooperation and cooperation in R&D through manufacturing agreement in the United States, Russia and European Union.
The Czech company is interested in broadening of its activities to increase its scope of product in technical textiles, automotive and medical industry, to make long-term cooperation in designing and production of individual machines and lines.
From side of the Czech company are offered: R&D and production of special machines and lines per customer request in mentioned fields, incl. prototyping, mechanical, electrical assembly, software.
