The Chinese company, founded in 2004, is a dedicated producer of silicone products. It is capable of producing the products to the food-grade standards of Europe, USA, Japan and Korea. Major products include the seals and inlet and outlet silicone hoses for electric rice cookers, electric kettles, high-speed blenders, ordinary blenders, coffeemakers and other household electric appliances.
The company is capable of producing the silicone rings and hoses to the requirements, drawings and samples provided by the clients with raw materials purchased from large-scale listed companies in China, or high-end materials imported from Japan and USA, or those other materials designated by the client.
During the production procedures, its silicone products are subject to strict oral odor control and VOC (volatile organic component) content controls so as to meet the stringent requirements of many countries for food contact materials. For now, its products have been certified as food-grade products in Europe, USA, Germany, France, Japan and Korea.
The silicone rubber products include: silicone hoses, seals, mats and pads for household electric appliances; terminal sheath and silicone caps for electronic parts and components; sealing strips and oil seals for auto spare parts. The company supplies to nearly 10 listed companies with auxiliary silicone products for their electric appliance production. Thus, the company's products have been exported to Europe, USA, Japan, Korea and India as accessories of the products of those companies.
The company is now offering to establish partnership with more foreign companies through manufacturing agreement.
