A Polish small science and production company has been on the market since 2015, based on many years of experience, dating back to 2001. This is a new brand on the European map of agricultural machinery manufacturers and the food industry. It offers modern, high-performance machines for cleaning and packaging of grain. Specialist, precise production takes place entirely in Poland, providing access to modern and effective solutions. The company has launched an innovative system for cleaning various materials in agriculture and the food industry (mainly grains, cereals, grasses, oil plants and legumes). The company is registered in Poland. Production based on a patented solution, of which it is the creator and owner (international patent application, US patent, EU patent in progress).

Separators sort grain based on specific weight. This technology can be successfully used in:
• agriculture - when cleaning sowing seeds, it allows you to select the most biologically valuable seeds, which translates into an increase in yields up to 40%!
• storage - pre-cleaning mode allows you to prepare grain for storage, and the drying function allows you to reduce grain moisture, in order to ensure proper storage conditions.
• processing industry - numerous separator operation modes allow for effective cleaning of various types of raw material for the needs of mills, groat mills, feed rooms, oil mills, distilleries, breweries, food industry plants, and others.

The company is looking for contractors interested in purchasing manufactured devices - both production plants wanting to purchase equipment for their own needs, as well as commercial companies, distributors interested in selling company equipment on foreign markets.

Advantages & innovations

The company produces high efficiency separators (up to 150t/h) and low energy consumption , which enable the reduction of the humidity content of the raw material with air, with the yield of 1.5% to 20% per one cycle. At the same time, they remove biological contaminants (fungi, bugs, beetles) and reduce the costs of further grain storage. Production based on an innovative patented solution, of which it is the creator and owner (international patent application). The effectiveness of machines was confirmed by research carried out at the Białystok University of Technology.
