Description
The Italian company – located in the Lombardy Region and operating in the field of corporate training from 1988 – has developed an innovative solution that aims to allow companies to create, manage and deliver corporate training.
Its e-learning platform offers four solutions in cloud, that can be activated according to client’s needs:
1. corporate training management and distribution of courses in e-learning, classroom or blended.
The platform simplifies training management in a centralized and complete way with a single organized and easily consultable archive of all documentation allowing the client to manage course registrations, founded training plans, mandatory course deadlines, locations, teachers and reserve classroom; to create and release certificates; to create a training document archive and use automatic e-mails and notifications; to monitor the quality and effectiveness of the training; to assist trainees 24/7 with an automatic chatbot and to deliver courses in compliance with the requirements for funded and/or regulated training.
2. creation of custom e-learning and live online courses.
It allows to easily create courses, using your own audio, video, text, and other files, but also to create micro-learning courses, even from an app, and learning elements with augmented and virtual reality. Audio/video auto-transcription is available too.
The platform offers the possibility to establish navigation rules within online courses and to sell courses to other platform administrators.
The platform also allows the creation of videoconference courses and webinars and easily transform them into learning objects that can be used in asynchronous online courses.
Other possibilities are managing exams via video call, delivering videoconference courses and webinars directly from the browser without installing any external software, tracking trainees’ activities also in videoconference, easily turning web conferences into asynchronous e-learning courses and creating web conferences for regulated training.
3. human resources management, evaluation and company intranet.
The platform offers the possibility to manage data and define profiles; to thoroughly manage employee skills, risk types and mandatory tasks, self-assessment forms and manager evaluations to identify areas for development; to assign dedicated training path and to monitor individual growth with specific reports and indicators.
Users can manage work activities with project management, medical checkups, smart working plans, staff attendance and company discussions; deliver payroll and manage cost refunds; organize remote meetings; reserve company resources.
4. e-commerce websites creation and management.
It allows to manage all the pages of the site; to send newsletters to customers to advertise courses; to create campaigns with promotional coupons; to protect entire sections of the site with credentials, creating a reserved area; to easily manage online payments for customers; to offer support via ticket to customers; to display online the calendar of upcoming courses; to provide chat and forums for training and assistance; to collect visitor data through contact forms; to create blogs or news sections with user-contributable content and to allow visitors to easily find content.
The SME seeks directly potential end-users, such as training centres and companies interested in improving the overall performances and simplifying their management under a license agreement, having as object the right to use the platform.
