The firm employs experienced workers certified for various welding methods (more in the 'Advantages and innovations' section). The firm main activity is outsourcing high-skilled welders. They weld metal structures and pipeline systems at partners' premises and work with their equipment. The firm performs on-site welding tests before commencing its services. It also has a training centre where experienced teachers verify welders' skills, train and develop them to the level expected by the partner. The company is also looking for representatives in foreign markets. They have to promote the company through their channels and find new clients and business opportunities for the company. They are also expected to participate in technical discussions and contract negotiations with prospective partners. Representatives will have an exclusive contract for their country/market (area of activity), with the commission remuneration.
