Within the broad range of fixtures, clamping devices are the link between machine and workpiece. The mechanical or hydraulic clamping devices are offering ideal accessibility to the work piece and enable a quick production without detours. With the outsourcing of prototypes and small series production the company supports their customers in planning reliability and reduces product development times. In order to implement customer requirements in the best possible way, they only use selected tools for production that meet their high-quality standards. To guarantee optimum results tailor-made jigs and special tools are manufactured for each prototype.
Complex turned/milled parts and parts for machine tools are produced with tested quality in contract manufacturing. This also includes small series, special tasks and initial sampling.
Contract measurement for single part or small series completes the services. Measuring tasks are carried out on one of their Zeiss CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) coordinate measuring machines in the measuring range 1200 x 1800 x 1000 mm.
Examples for workpieces are chassis parts, cylinder heads, crankcase, housings for electric engines, complete assemblies in the automotive sector. Other sectors include also slides for axes, sleeves, cassettes for tool magazines, machine pallets, turbine shafts, housings for engines, spare parts according to drawings.
They are offering their services to partners in Europe under a manufacturing agreement to companies from the automotive sector. They are also looking for commercial agency agreements with partners who have good contacts to Tier 1 and 2 suppliers in the automotive industry and other sectors.
