The wineray was established in the year 2013 by a team of expert winemakers. The architecture of the estate is inspired by its lush countryside which is based on three main aspects – production, location, and weather. The wine cellar is located in the east of the winery where perfect temperature conditions for fermentation and aging of wines exist. They produce high-quality red, white, and rosé wines from the grapes of their local island vineyards.

In the modern cellar of the winery, all wine production processes are based on state-of-the-art technology. These processes run on self-generated electricity from solar and wind power plants, respecting nature. Moreover, for ripening and maturation, the winery team uses French and American oak barrels.
