Description
The Romanian winery was established in 2011 and is nationally known as the only biodynamic winery from Romania, being situated in the South-Eastern region of Romania, in the Murfatlar DOCC region. The quality and the characteristics of the geographical indication wines are guaranteed first of all by the climate and the soil of the region. The natural conditions of the area are suited for the vine cultivation. The vineyard is situated on heliothermic fields, where the grapes are caressed by sunlight, thus acquiring the best quality. The winery practices organic & biodynamic principles on all of their 150 hectares of vineyard.
The company is producing approximately 600 000 bottles per year, having in its portfolio still, dry wines (white, rosé and red), mono-varietals from local varieties (Feteasca Neagra, Tamaioasa Romaneasca from the family of Muscat Ottonel), but also blends with local and international varieties. Only grapes from the own vineyard are processed.
The company sells the wines with a proposed price range from 2.5€ to 18€ Ex Works for the most elaborate cuvees in biodynamics.
So far, their wines are present in Europe (Belgium, France, Italy, Austria), Canada and South Korea, with the intention to expand on even more European and American markets, in order to expand their market reach.
The winery seeks international partners for distribution or commercial agency agreements, that should represent the Romanian company on their own local markets.
The winery is already engaged in international cooperation and wants to start profitable and long-lasting partnerships with agents and distributors all around the world. The partner is preferred to have experience in distributing alcoholic beverages: HORECA suppliers, supermarkets, liquor stores, wine shops, restaurants, bars, cafes or other companies that deal with this sector. The company has already participated in international fairs and exhibitions, established trade relations and is willing to cooperate with new partners in the form of distribution agreements or commercial agency representation.
