The Spanish company was founded in 2014 by experts in innovative eHealth and Industry 4.0 projects.The main objective of the software solution offered is to facilitate the implementation of digital processes in the entire organization. This solution allows the design and monitoring of digital instructions step by step in complex processes with conditional logic or repetitive tasks. This solution has been developed from the scratch to allow the design of processes in an easy and simple way, selecting from a wide range of pre-configured steps. Each of these steps is editable, with the possibility of choosing a template, language or display device. In addition, they can be informative or require verification actions by the user, so it is possible to add options for generating evidence or checklists. Once the design of the process is finished the users can follow the instructions step by step, carrying out their work in a safe and efficient way with a significant saving in execution time. This solution works with any type of mobile device, computer or wearables. It has been designed to be used in the field of Industry 4.0 and eHealth, responding to different needs: •Step-by-step instructions: Step-by-step instructions in the execution of tasks in multiple areas of the organization. •Prevention of occupational risks and safety: Warning, registration of conformity and traceability of obligatory personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas or when carrying out certain operations. Protocols for action in occupational risk prevention. •Traceability and auditing: The solution includes documents in video format, photo, plans, etc... to carry out the work in a safe, efficient way and to facilitate the homogeneity in the execution and it dynamically updates the processes when necessary. •Collaborative and coordinated work: The solution improves collaborative work in processes that include various roles of employees who must act in a coordinated way.
